Zack Bush_2Zack is currently a partner in South Florida Title Service and has 20+ years of business expertise in the Miami area.

After graduating from Emory University, Zack worked with his brother at their family’s Miami-based waste management and recycling company where he helped build the small business from six trucks to a fleet of over 20 vehicles before selling to a competitor in 2011. One of Zack’s greatest accomplishments during this time was creating a customized construction-recycling program to track the amount of waste diverted from local landfills. He collaborated with some of the largest construction companies in South Florida to track all projects, LEED or not, as if they were going for LEED certification.

In 2013, Zack became one of three partners in the Ball & Chain, a historic live music venue on Calle Ocho in the heart of Little Havana. Zack helped restore the nearly forgotten gem famous for hosting 20th century jazz greats such as Chet Baker, Count Basie, and Billie Holiday and the venue’s intimate yet sophisticated Pineapple Stage is quickly becoming a fixture for live performances by Miami musicians as well as special guests from around the world. Locals and travelers are always welcome to come enjoy the music and the classic Cuban-inspired cocktails.

Zack is currently focusing his community involvement via an organization called Guitars over Guns where he participates as a mentor and a music teacher to students at North Miami Middle School.
